October at KIMAA

Hello KIMAA families,

As we head into October, we want to thank you for another great month at KIMAA.

Our students continue to train, learn, challenge themselves, and grow. We appreciate the commitment our families make to getting them to class and supporting their development along the way.

🥊 Training Focus

Over the coming months, we’ll be putting an increased focus on sparring and Jiu Jitsu as part of our students’ training and development.

If your athlete does not currently have their own sparring or training gear, you can purchase what they need through the KIMAA Store:

Shop the KIMAA Store →

The store link is also available anytime through your Parent Command Center.

🥋 Celebrating Our September Graduates

September KIMAA graduates Congratulations to our September graduates!

Caitlin — Brown Belt
Luna — Purple Belt
Addy — Purple Belt
Freya — Purple Belt

Graduation represents more than learning techniques. It reflects the classes they showed up for, the challenges they worked through, and the progress they made along the way.

To our graduates: Congratulations. You earned this moment, and we can’t wait to see how you continue to grow.

And to our families: thank you for the encouragement, rides, practice time, and support you give your students. You are part of every achievement we celebrate at KIMAA.

🎂 October Birthdays

We also want to wish a very Happy Birthday to our KIMAA students celebrating this month!

🎉 William Bellows
🎉 Lucas Chamberlain
🎉 Luna Theis
🎉 Myla Looney
🎉 Allison Koslov

We hope each of you has a fantastic birthday and a great year ahead!

At Home This Month

Ask your student to show you one thing they learned or improved this month.

It doesn’t need to be a full workout. Giving them an opportunity to teach or demonstrate something is a simple way to reinforce their learning — and gives you a chance to see their progress firsthand.
