What you’ll work on together

Four pillars of the Father–Son Blueprint

You’re not just checking a box — you’re slowly building the kind of bond, habits, and language that will carry into his teens and beyond.
Pillar 01

Grind Sessions

Short physical blocks you run side by side — pushups, planks, sprints, or simple bodyweight circuits.

Effort Discipline
Pillar 02

Real Conversations

Guided prompts on courage, mistakes, friends, pressure, and what kind of man he wants to become.

Trust Identity
Pillar 03

Family Code

Together you write and post a simple standard — what your last name stands for and how you’ll live it.

Values Standard
Pillar 04

Legacy Missions

Service, courage, and “memory” missions that become actual stories he’ll remember as he grows.

Service Memories
How the 30 days run

Simple weekly rhythm — all mapped out for you

No guesswork, no scrambling for ideas. You’ll log in, see exactly what to run, and get to work.
Week 1

Show up & set the tone

You’ll run your first grind session, talk about courage, and choose the key words for your family code.

Week 2

Habits & honesty

You pick one habit each, start a 7-day “Grind Mission,” and check in on how you’re both really doing.

Weeks 3–4

Courage, standards & legacy

You complete service or courage missions, finalize your code, and finish with a simple legacy letter moment.

Parents ask us

“Is this for us?”

What ages is this best for?

We designed it mainly for ages 8–16, but you can adjust the intensity and language younger or older. The framework works either way.

Do we need any equipment?

No special gear. A little floor space, maybe a ball or simple household items. You can do the whole blueprint in a living room or driveway.

How much time does it take?

Most sessions run 10–25 minutes, once or twice a week. You can always extend them if you’re both in a groove.

How long do we keep access?

You get ongoing access to the micro course, so you can rerun the 30 days again or reuse pieces as your son grows.
