Grind Sessions
Short physical blocks you run side by side — pushups, planks, sprints, or simple bodyweight circuits.
A 30-day micro course for dads and sons who want more than highlight reels — real work, real talks, and a simple plan to build a stronger bond and a clear family standard.
Short physical blocks you run side by side — pushups, planks, sprints, or simple bodyweight circuits.
Guided prompts on courage, mistakes, friends, pressure, and what kind of man he wants to become.
Together you write and post a simple standard — what your last name stands for and how you’ll live it.
Service, courage, and “memory” missions that become actual stories he’ll remember as he grows.
You’ll run your first grind session, talk about courage, and choose the key words for your family code.
You pick one habit each, start a 7-day “Grind Mission,” and check in on how you’re both really doing.
You complete service or courage missions, finalize your code, and finish with a simple legacy letter moment.
We designed it mainly for ages 8–16, but you can adjust the intensity and language younger or older. The framework works either way.
No special gear. A little floor space, maybe a ball or simple household items. You can do the whole blueprint in a living room or driveway.
Most sessions run 10–25 minutes, once or twice a week. You can always extend them if you’re both in a groove.
You get ongoing access to the micro course, so you can rerun the 30 days again or reuse pieces as your son grows.
