  • Superhero hold 3×20s + plank 2×20s.
  • Draw your happiest moment.
  • 10-minute tidy sprint.

Day 6 — Move & Explore

Curious kids go far.

  • Walk, scooter, or bike for 15 minutes.
  • Ask a curious question and find the answer.
  • Do one helpful job at home.

Day 7 — Confidence Day

Show what you built this week.

  • Repeat Day-1 moves and beat your reps.
  • Write or draw 3 wins from this week.
