Day 2 — Move Together

Motion = better moods.

  • Simple stretch: calves, hips, shoulders—2 minutes each.
  • Snap one family photo; drop it in a shared album.

Day 3 — Kitchen Crew

Fuel the team.

  • Prep a healthy snack/meal together (fruit + protein or colorful bowls).
  • Two-color plate: make the meal include at least two colors of plants.
  • Cleanup relay: assign quick roles and finish together.

Day 4 — Digital Rest & Play

Connect on purpose.

  • 60-minute tech-free window before bed.
  • Pick a board/card game or 10-minute family stretch.
  • Each person gives one specific compliment to another.

Day 5 — Serve & Share

Make someone’s day.

  • Service: help a neighbor/relative or gather one small donation bag.
  • Write a short thank-you note to a teacher, coach, or helper.
  • Family check-in: what went well this week so far?

Day 6 — Create & Remember

Make and capture a moment.

  • Build or craft something simple together (LEGO, drawing, mini-project).
  • Memory jar: each person writes one favorite moment and adds it.
  • Evening walk 10 minutes—talk about tomorrow’s plan.

Day 7 — Reset & Plan

Lock in the routine.

  • Speed clean 15 minutes: rooms, backpacks, sports bags ready.
  • Family calendar: confirm this week’s key events + who’s driving.
  • Early lights-out: aim for great sleep across the team.

Scoring: 5 XP per completed bullet • Aim for ~20–25 XP/day • Family shout-outs for consistency.
