Day 1 — Family Huddle
Align and activate.
- Set a 7-day family goal + create a team high-five/handshake.
- 10-minute house tidy sprint—pick one hotspot and clear it together.
- Gratitude circle: each person shares one thing they appreciate.
Day 2 — Move Together
Motion = better moods.
- 20-minute family walk/bike (talk about highs/lows of the day).
- Simple stretch: calves, hips, shoulders—2 minutes each.
- Snap one family photo; drop it in a shared album.
Day 3 — Kitchen Crew
Fuel the team.
- Prep a healthy snack/meal together (fruit + protein or colorful bowls).
- Two-color plate: make the meal include at least two colors of plants.
- Cleanup relay: assign quick roles and finish together.
Day 4 — Digital Rest & Play
Connect on purpose.
- 60-minute tech-free window before bed.
- Pick a board/card game or 10-minute family stretch.
- Each person gives one specific compliment to another.
Day 5 — Serve & Share
Make someone’s day.
- Service: help a neighbor/relative or gather one small donation bag.
- Write a short thank-you note to a teacher, coach, or helper.
- Family check-in: what went well this week so far?
Day 6 — Create & Remember
Make and capture a moment.
- Build or craft something simple together (LEGO, drawing, mini-project).
- Memory jar: each person writes one favorite moment and adds it.
- Evening walk 10 minutes—talk about tomorrow’s plan.
Day 7 — Reset & Plan
Lock in the routine.
- Speed clean 15 minutes: rooms, backpacks, sports bags ready.
- Family calendar: confirm this week’s key events + who’s driving.
- Early lights-out: aim for great sleep across the team.
