ATTENDANCE

• 3 Classes a week maximum
• Make up classes can be scheduled if a student has to miss class.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

• Admin fee will be added during checkout
• Testing fee of $15.00 for advancement in rank (register and pay for separately) is not an automatic payment

CANCELLATION/HOLD POLICY

• 30-day cancellation policy. Student tuition must be current on tuition prior to cancellation. Cancellation requests must be sent to Info@kickinitmaa.com 30 days prior to cancellation
• Hold Request ($15 fee per month). Tuition payments will be suspended and extra time and missed payments are added to the end of the agreement. Student maintains standing in class and current tuition rate.
• Relocation - Provide proof of relocation outside of Cottage Grove and membership will be cancelled immediately.
• Medical Release - Provide proof from a medical doctor in written form that you have an injury that prevents you to participate in the program. For temporary medical setbacks, please refer to the Hold Request.
